Stop future automation
Open Profile in your workspace and pause the account. Pausing stops enabled flows; signing out alone does not stop the worker.
You can also revoke Reel Follow-up’s authorization in your Instagram account’s app permissions. Revocation removes API access; it does not by itself delete records already saved on the automation host.
Request deletion of saved data
Email mail@zodial.xyz with the subject “Reel Follow-up data deletion”. Provide the connected Instagram username or the email used for the waitlist, and specify whether you want account data, waitlist data, or both deleted.
Do not include your Instagram password, access token, app secret or message archive. We verify account ownership before processing a request and may ask for the minimum information needed to do so.
Request data deletionWhat the request covers
A verified account deletion request covers the stored authorization credential, workspace settings, flow configuration, archived messages and contacts, queued jobs, and account-owned delivery records on the managed service. We explain any limited records that must be retained for legal obligations or security, and how backups are handled, when responding to your request.
This is an email request process. Opening this page or clicking the email link does not automatically delete data. Copies of messages on Instagram and data controlled by Meta are governed by Instagram’s own tools and privacy policy.
Self-hosted installations
If you run the public version on your own device, you control its database, credentials and backups. Pause the worker, revoke the authorization for your own Meta app, and remove the account data and backup copies you administer. Zodial Labs cannot delete data from an independent installation.
