Provider and service

Reel Follow-up is an Instagram automation service operated by Zodial Labs GmbH. Provider details are in our Legal Notice. The managed service and public self-hosted software are separate offerings.

The managed service lets authorized account owners configure keyword flows, links, replies and follow-ups, and view saved activity and conversations. The public software is made available under its repository’s MIT license.

Your account and permissions

Connect only an Instagram Business or Creator account you are authorized to manage. Meta controls authorization, permissions, access levels and API availability. New workspaces and flows start paused. Review their messages, destinations and settings before enabling them.

You are responsible for the content you configure and for using audience data lawfully. Do not use the service for spam, deception, harassment, unauthorized access or other unlawful activity. Follow Instagram’s applicable terms and messaging rules.

Automation controls and limitations

Each Instagram account operates its own flows. Cross-account reminder posting is not supported. Pause the account or individual flows to stop future sends. A direct-message follow-up requires a recent inbound interaction within the applicable Instagram messaging window; opening a URL alone does not create that window.

Delivery totals reflect accepted API actions and saved jobs, not confirmation that a person read a message. Link-click tracking and CTR are not currently available. Platform changes, expired tokens, outages or missing permissions can prevent delivery; uninterrupted operation and particular results are not guaranteed.

Managed setup and payment

A waitlist signup requests contact about assisted setup; it is not an order, payment, subscription or activation of the service. Any paid plan, price, billing period, cancellation arrangement and applicable consumer information must be presented separately before you purchase. These terms do not authorize a charge.

Privacy, access and termination

Our Privacy Notice explains how account data is used. You can pause automation, revoke Instagram authorization and request deletion using the Data Deletion instructions. Signing out does not stop enabled automations or delete saved records.

We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse, protect the service, comply with law or respond to a loss of Meta authorization. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
